The Frick's education department designs programs that explore the interdisciplinary nature of the site.

From fine art in The Frick Art Museum to primary sources in Clayton to the industry of transportation in our Car and Carriage Museum, our programs stress hands-on, interactive learning, provide collaborative experiences, and explore deductive reasoning and critical thinking for all ages.

From fancy to plain and young to old, explore scenes of family life in works from the Frick Art Museum’s permanent collection.

Mini Camp: Birthday Bash- Pittsburgh 250! (June 23, 2008 - June 27, 2008, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM)

We're having a party for Pittsburgh and you're invited.

Campers become time travelers, stepping back through Pittsburgh's 250 years and using cool art, fun games, and the collections of three museums plus a greenhouse to explore and celebrate our region's history. Come see how we have changed from lush green wilderness to a busy cityscape, and use your imagination to create what Pittsburgh might look like a hundred years from now!
